In 1937 Japanese imperialists launched an all-out war of aggression against China. To try to strengthen the rule of North China and change Huabei area into its rear base for further aggression, Japan did not only suppress Chinese people's resistance and strengthen the implementation of economic exploitation and political oppression, but also but also carried out enslaving education to weaken Chinese people's nationality and resistant consciousness and to consolidate its rule of North China. Enslaving education implemented by Japan in China is not only an important part of its policy of aggression to China, but also more deceptive, long-term and secret comparing its military occupation,political domination and economic exploitation. This paper tries to analyze enslaving education implemented by Japanese Puppet Regime in Huabei area and reveal the substance and harm of enslaving education to get to the root and realize the true face of history, to draw lessons from history and face the future, to cherish peaceful purposes and develops the stable and healthy relations between China and Japan, and to consolidate the political foundation of bilateral relations.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part analyzes the purpose and guidelines of enslaving education.
