Social modernization is the inevitable trend of the development of mankind, and individual modernization is a precondition and the fundamental purpose for social modernization. The process of realization of social modernization, in essence, is the process of modernization of man.Individual modernization refers to the modernization of the whole population quality and people's social consciousness that adapt to the need of modern society development, of which, the most fundamental is human moral quality and the sense of moral responsibility. Therefore, in the process of moral education, first, to help students correctly understand the following relationship, such as responsibility and ideal, responsibility and the ability, and so on. Secondly, to establish the new concept of moral responsibility education, mainly has positive guidance, self education, coordination education and carrier innovation, etc. On this basis, educators in universities can continuously explore the new path of moral responsibility education.
