As a great philosopher in modern western.Kant made a great contribution to the study and development of the moral responsibility theory.Through the research and analysis of the previous arrangement.the paper is mainly from "the moral lofty motivation is from obligation","the highest principle of moral responsibility education is self-discipline","human is the purpose:the value pursuit of moral responsibility education" and other aspects to expound the moral responsibility theory by Kant,it's theory has the characteristics of subjectivity,abstraction and practicality.His theory highlights the value,dignity and the unique position of people.It also plays an important guiding role in promoting the transformation of educational methods and elevating students' moral responsibility consciousness and the ability of practicing.In recent years,It has made obvious progress and development about the moral responsibility education in Colleges of our country.But with the the further development of market economy,the impact of value diversification and other factors,There are still many problems in this field in colleges and universities.It mainly contains the following four aspects:First,college students lacking the moral consciousness;Second,I gnoring the student's moral needs so that the moral and emotional parenting isn't enough.Third,It put so much emphasis on imparting knowledge so that the phenomenon of re infusion of light dialogue is still widespread.The last one is the moral practices become a mere formality and out of student's actual life,and it is difficult for them to make their behavior consistent with their cognition.These problems restricted the innovation and development of ideological and political education in College.and the growth of students,so we need to study furtherly and solve it.This study adopts the method of literature to sort out Kant's theory of responsibility:And adopting questionnaire and in-depth interview to investigate the existing problems of the moral responsibility education,to analyze its causes.to sum up the main suggestions on the basis of it:First.we can strengthen the moral cognition.stimulate the internal moral demand and play the role of example demonstration to cultivate students' good moral emotion;Second,we can learn to listen to what the students think,build democratic and the equal relationship between teachers and students.and create an ideal dialogue environment,so that the moral education can change indoctrination to dialogue:And the last one is raising heteronomy into self-discipline by promoting the independence of students,the autonomy of students,leading students to grow up and guiding students to do in learning.
