This paper discusses the medical college graduate employment pressure, and the factors affecting medical college graduate employment pressure relief proposed.Methods:taking shanxi medical university as an example, a cluster random sampling way, extraction 659 questionnaire name medical graduates, including boys 277, girls 382 people, questionnaire investigation contents include the employment pressure gauge, SCL-90 scale, coping styles EPQ scale, scale of social support scale, this article through to the five scale investigations to comprehensive reflection of postgraduates'current employment pressure condition and the employment pressure under the mental health status of the medical school graduates, questionnaires and the questionnaire were efficient analysis, trim data and establish database, and then use the statistical software SPSS 13.0 of shanxi medical university graduate data results are independent T test, one-way anova and multiple linear regression.Results:1,medical graduate employment pressure from the society, school, graduate student itself and unit of choose and employ persons four aspects; 2, female medical graduates employment pressure is greater than male medical graduate; 3, married medical graduate employment pressure is greater than unmarried medical graduate; 4, not the singleton female medical graduate employment pressure is greater than the singleton female medical graduate; 5, prevention graduate employment pressure maximum, which in turn is graduate, clinical pharmacology graduate student, nursing graduate students.Theory:relieve medical graduates from graduate employment pressure need itself, school and society and unit of choose and employ persons to four aspects.
