Since2009, a continuous decline in the employment rate of graduate students, post-graduateemployment increasing employment pressure exists, the flow is not balanced employment,employment differences are significant phenomenon. From a social perspective, the employmentproblem lies not find the perfect job. Therefore, understanding the graduate employment isexpected to be an important part to ease the employment problem. This article hopes to graduateto the current context of the overall employment situation in the personal capital theory, socialcapital theory under the guidance of graduate students selected for the survey, research ingraduate school personal characteristics and the relationship between employment expectations.Full text focuses on the introduction part of the research background, meaning, purpose andlogic architecture, while abroad on employment and graduate employment research status of thesort. After conducting the research necessary for the concepts and theories were defined anddescribed, the main use of human capital theory and social capital theory to analyze the expectedimpact on graduate employment personal factors. The third section outlines the graduateemployment status, and summarize the factors expected to affect employment. SPSS using asimple data processing, to help reach a conclusion.From the perspective of personal characteristics, analysis of different individual factors ongraduate employment and extent of the expected impact factors. Studies suggest that genderconsiderations, internship experience, family income, parents’ education levels for graduateemployment pressure significantly affected; age factor, political affiliation, family income levelson the graduate is expected to significantly affect the nature of the work. In addition, theundergraduate college student, home location and other factors will also be expected to graduateemployment have an impact, but the impact is not significant.
