In recent years, rope skipping has a fast development all over the world. It was a popular entertainment and sports and now becomes a global competitive sports. As the the rope skipping now in China is very competitive, it is necessary to use biomechanical research techniques to analyze the actions of rope skipping in order to promote the standardization of rope skipping competition. This article tries to provide theoretical foundation for athletes and coaches through biomechanical analysis of trip turn skills. This will optimize the training methods. This article analyzes the kinematic and dynamic parts of trip turn actions through Two-dimensional Videography Testing System and Kistler Force Plate. As for Thiple-Swing rope skipping technology, the speed of the rope is the one of the important factors to complete this action. When people thrusts against the ground at full tilt by two feet, the rope will make circular movement from outside back to upward and forward, the speed of rope becomes the biggest when people is rising high into the air.The rising height of Thiple-Swing rope skipping is important for people to complete the action successfully. The action of the Triple-Swing rope skipping should reach a certain height when people is rising high into the air. In other words, the action can be achieved if the hang time is more than the time of three rope circular movements. The Thiple-Swing rope skipping technology is decided not by the technology in a certain period, but by the perfect combination of rope speed and height arch.
