Too much emphasis on the traditional teaching of biology to explain-to accept the teaching methods, students passive recipients of knowledge, knowledge can not be actively involved in the build process. high school biology curriculum reform of biological requirements of a higher education-to improve biological science literacy for all students, promote inquiry learning, focusing on teaching and real-life links. One of the traditional biological function can not meet the requirements of teaching, learning teaching case basis and according to the students learning needs, the preparation of the corresponding case study to guide students to preview, classroom cooperative inquiry learning. The main body of students as a learning process involved in the formation of knowledge, teachers only guide the students learning process, coaching, helping persons. Learning Plan to meet the new curriculum teaching the spirit, have been implemented in some schools and have achieved some of the teaching. I taught at a a provincial poor county ordinary secondary schools, by teaching students the enthusiasm to learn biology in general is not high, clear objectives and learning, learning efficiency is low, the teaching of teachers impart knowledge is widespread. For these situations, the case study teaching is still valid, as opposed to whether the advantages of teaching lesson plans? Whether students learn as a weak foundation of effective teaching model school? In this paper, empirical research, in order to provide for similar schools in case of biology class learn the implementation of the experimental basis for teaching.The empirical research is targeted at high school in Yan'an City Yanchuan parallel one of the two general classes, control classes using lesson plans teaching, experimental class using the case study teaching-specifically including the case study design, preview before class to guide the case study, classroom learning Guidance case, after-school study guide in four steps. Case study prepared jointly prepared by the new and old teachers, the preparation of teachers and students, the problem of knowledge, juveniles of the thinking strategies, knowledge popularization, jingle writing, seven kinds of biological modeling strategy. Guidance in the school in case of difficult point for students, teachers, case study based on timely and appropriate coaching and reasonable cooperation to guide students to explore. After-school study guide in the classroom, in accordance with the doubts of the students are given personalized and harvest review guidance. Questionnaire and biological tests using two different methods testing the experimental classes and control classes for the students before and after the measurement of biological learning.
