In recent years, inadequate funding for education becomes a "bottleneck" to the development of education in China. Diversified and multiple channels financing of educational funding have become an inevitable tension for provisioning educational funding uptight. As an important and effective source of additional channels, educational donations get more and more attention by schools and our government. Comparing with western developed countries, our educational donations started late and have not been to a regular, standardized and systematic track. Therefore, this paper is established in the characteristics of the local economy and culture, based on the historical data of the funds from community donations. This paper used the method of literature analysis, historical analysis and comparative to systemic analyzed the size and structure of the sources of educational funding. Through summarizing the existing problems and influencing factors, paper aims at offering some recommendations for building and completing our educational donation system.This article includes five parts. The first part:Introduction. It describes the background of this research and it shows an overview of actuality of educational donations in our country and other countries. And it takes the issue which has not in-depth study as a focus of this paper. At last, explaining the purpose, significance and methods of this study. The second part:discriminating the related concepts, describes the basic theory. The third part is fund-raising social contributions in education development in China's position and role of social contributions raised at this stage has become an important channel for raising funds for education. It is helpful to promote equity in education and to make up for inadequate investment in basic education; higher education and mitigation play an important role in financial crisis. The fourth part is the source of funding for education in the community and how to raise funds to donate through analyzing the size and structure changes, and summarizes its structural characteristics and problems in educational grants. The fifth part is the analysis of the previous paper summed up the impact of education on the basis of the main factors donors:the impact of cultural traditions, donors, role of psychological feelings, level of economic development constraints, policies and regulations of the support. encouragement and donations tax incentives Organization of Standardization and Specialization. Finally, the sixth part is about how to improve the measures and suggestions of educational grants from following aspects:strengthening cultural guidance and training from the proposed donation of our society, improving the government incentives and non-governmental charitable organization, establishing a sound management system, emphasizing alumni donations, and actively attracting individual donations and so.
