The reform of basic education curriculum brings new flavor for basic education. School-based curriculum development as an important content of the new flavor, meet demands of curriculum reform, conform to the needs of the development of education. It is a school curriculum development strategy which the features meet the school, under the premise of the implementation of the national curriculum and local course education philosophy, following the philosophy of school education, respecting the students the individual differences, relying on the local curriculum resources and school curriculum resources, and the teacher as the main body. It could very well make up the shortage of the national curriculum and the local curriculum. The development of school-based curriculum of Chinese should depend on the curriculum resources of local community and school to promote students'Chinese comprehensive ability and accomplishment.I come from the southern Guizhou Province, so this article intends to discuss this issue of local culture based curriculum resource development language of southern Guizhou. To make the development of school-based curriculum in southern Guizhou Chinese education plays important role in the district's schools, we have to follow the concept of the development of school-based curriculum, respect the actual situation of local education, and develop the localization of language-based curriculum which meet the feature of southern Guizhou from the local community and the school curriculum resources. The people of all ethnic groups in southern Guizhou formed the unique local culture in the long-term production and living practice. These folk folkway, ideology, social ideas, etc. have distinct regional characteristics and the common place of Chinese national culture. These are just the available good recourse of the development of school-based curriculum. This paper, under the influence of in this idea, faces the actual of situation education of southern Guizhou, try to find a suitable method which meet the local school-based curriculum resource development of Chinese.This article mainly discusses the development of school-based Chinese curriculum resource of southern Guizhou f from the four parts:The first part is theoretical basis of the development of southern Guizhou Chinese native culture school-based curriculum, simply explaining curriculum, school-based curriculum, school-based curriculum development, Chinese school-based curriculum, Chinese school-based curriculum resources, culture, southern Guizhou native culture and local culture concepts of school-based curriculum of Chinese language. The research philosophy of the "southern Guizhou school-based Chinese native curriculum resource development" subject will more clear through the relevant concepts.The second part investigates and cardings the native culture with comb from the historical celebrities, minority culture, and red culture, the anti-imperialist and anti-feudal culture to southern Guizhou. Introduce the related local resource combining with the characteristics of Chinese courses. In the historical celebrities, we have simply introduced the heroes representative of Huangzhimeng, MoYouZhi and his son and DengEnMing. Folk folkway, folk literature and local dialect have composed the multicolored minority culture. Form the unique approaches of marriage, funeral, holiday, shelter, clothing and eating etc. of southern Guizhou minorities to forming myths, legends, stories, songs and dialect in the historical process, the national culture is good Chinese curriculum resources. Meanwhile, historical events occurred in specific period in southern Guizhou, such as monkey conference, force of wujiang river, southern Guizhou incident in the feudal autocratic and each nation struggle against for southern Guizhou people, which had impact on Qiannan people of knowledge, ideas, valuesAnd so on. This part organizes and introduces great human values of these human resources of language Curriculum.The third part explain the development value of southern guizhou native culture the Chinese school-based curriculum resources. Theoretically explain why southern guizhou as Chinese native culture recourse can develop school-based curriculum, and what is its development and value? Through the study, we can introduce local culture into Chinese school-based curriculum, which have important curriculum value, cultural value, humanistic value, and can promote the better show of Chinese course nature, the better implementation Chinese curriculum goal, more perfect of Chinese curriculum structure, and are helpful for student to correctly understand of multicultural, form good cultural mentality, can strengthen rescue the local culture especially ethnic culture, improve students' individual development and Chinese teachers' professional literacy.The fourth part introduces the development strategy of southern guizhou Chinese native culture school-based curriculum. Combining with the investigation, we analyzed the specific program and evaluation of the present situation, school-based curriculum goal and development and implementation of Chinese native culture in southern guizhou.In short, through sorting southern Guizhou native culture, explain the native culture, this article try to explore the development thought of Chinese school-based curriculum resource, constructing development and implementation plan Chinese school-based curriculum resource, in order to can cause interested in southern Guizhou Chinese school-based curriculum resource development, Make advice for the curriculum reform in national regions commonly, making Chinese quality education advise can really implemented.
