With the promotion of all-people quality education and curriculum reform going towards the depth of the field,especially the national,local,and school three-level curriculum management system build up,the school curriculum has been given the unprecedented right to independent decision-making.After having decision-making,how the school and the teacher to do and what they to do become an universal concern for education circles.And concrete secondary school ideological and political schoolbased curriculum setting for each teacher teaching,is a brand-new curriculum,a brandnew challenge.However,the follow-up work brought about by the autonomous decision-making of the curriculum also makes it necessary for each frontier teacher to complete a set of school-based curriculum that is suitable for the local area.The purpose of this paper is to provide some theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development of school-based curriculum under the reform of ideological and political curriculum in senior high school.The development of high school ideological and political school-based curriculum is the key work and a bright spot in the new round of high school political curriculum reform.The development of this work has not only pushed forward the ideological and political curriculum reform of senior high school in practice.It will also help the school to build its own unique education system and framework to form the advantages of the characteristics of running schools.At the same time,with the development,perfection and development of the school-based curriculum,the students who accept the relevant courses have a great help and promotion for improving their knowledge system,increasing their understanding of their hometown,improving their cultural quality,and establishing their cultural self-confidence.It will also help teachers to improve their self-quality and self-cultivation,and improve the accumulation of knowledge.To sum up,the development of school-based curriculum is a continuous,systematic,gradual and open project,and we need to extend time span in order to fully realize the significance.The main purpose of this paper is to focus on the development and implementation of the ideological and political school-based curriculum "Guizhou Yangming Culture",which is divided into five parts.In the first part,this paper expounds the research scope of relevant core vocabulary in the development of Guizhou Yangming Culture,which is the ideological and political school-based curriculum in senior high school and clarify the definition,connotation and extension,theoretical support and practical operation of "Guizhou Yangming Culture" school-based curriculum and school-based curriculum development.In the second part,this paper systematically combed and explored the necessity,importance and feasibility of the development of "Guizhou Yangming Culture".The third part explores the development and setting of "Guizhou Yangming Culture" from the following aspects of the nature of the curriculum,the basic concept of the curriculum,the objectives of the curriculum,the idea of curriculum development and design,the principles of development,the curriculum preparation,and the content organization.The fourth part puts forward the teaching implementation principles,course implementation instructions,teaching method discussion,teaching case analysis and design and according to the implementation process of " Guizhou Yangming Culture".The author puts forward his own words for the reference of the follow-up researchers;The fifth part is the high school ideological and political school-based curriculum "Guizhou Yangming Culture" teaching evaluation.The sixth part summarizes the problems and challenges existing in the course of practical operation of ideological and political school-based curriculum development in senior high school,and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions in the process of development.
