Up to now, China launched a new round of nationwide curriculum reform has also been more than ten years, advocates for students to learn how to learn is one of the important goals of this reform. As the feedback of classroom teachers, most of the students are lack of the power of learning. What's more, the students are also too difficult to manage, especially the adolescents, due to imbalances of development between psychological and physiological, and lack of self-control also led to a unique' The Adolescents Phenomenon ".Expect for the characteristics of students themselves, social science and technology's development, and numerous material and cultural life also makes students faced more temptation than the student a decade ago. So when we want to discuss about the learning power, we need to face a number of factors. This paper trying to improve two factors from a variety of factors, these are teachers' improvements and students' learning strategies. I want find the ways to improve students'learning motivation. I carried out a small experiment in the Y County Middle School of S region in Shannxi. Y County Middle School is a provincial key middle school, students in this school have higher quality than others in this country town. Students in this school did well in Junior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination in recent years. I choose two classes of grade two to join my experiments from December 2009 to May 2010, This two classes are always in the same level, every aspect is similar and this has the same Chinese teacher.I choose Class One as experimental group, Class Two as the control group. Firstly, I carried out a survey in two classes,with which results will be used to guide teaching. Before the experiment we did a lot, we did our best to prepare lessons in every detail, and through class meetings, individual interviews, essays and other analysis methods to do the necessary analysis, thinking about the possible differences in the students to adjust teaching methods; In addition, we taught the students about learning strategies and tips. This experiment has a significant result. Through the teaching experiment, some students have significantly improved the level of writing, and through December 2009 and in May 2010 comparison of the two monthly exam results, a group of academic performance has been significantly improved compared with Class Two, and the reference has also been greatly improved. The experiments show that teachers' teaching skills and students' learning skills can improve the academic achievement, and they are closely linked. Although the scope of this experiment is small, and only lasted for a short time, the result of this study is hard to spread, but because of the characteristics of language subjects, students' language ability are always more stable than others. So it can be inferred that if the teaching and learning skills could be training better, will other subjects' performance be significantly improved? It needs my continuous study in the future.
