The lack of interest in learning of quite a few students was found in the practice of the talent development for social sports. Some studies demonstrate that the students with learning burnout are much easier to play truant and have violent behave than those normal students. The study, adopting the methods of questionnaire survey, and literature induction, interview and logical analysis, obtains the relative information of the learning burnout of social sports students in universities, analyses the degree of learning burnout of social sports students, the test objects'difference of population variables, gender, schools, grade, household, search for the influencing factors such as the university entrance exam culture and special scores differences and to all sorts of study, etc.. Basing on the investigation and analysis, the strategies are put forward to alleviate social sports professional college students learning burnout statusThe results demonstrate that 1). The level of the learning burnout of students of universities in Shanghai is to a general degree; 2) The male students are easier down in spirits than female students; 3). The graduate of social sports has lest achievement; 4). The students with Shanghai census register are more likely to depression than those without Shanghai census register. 5).The main influencing factors of social sports students learning burnout are environment factors, academic factors, their own factors, employment factors. The above four factors can be combined linearly related to burnout scores predict student learning. And a standardized formula has been obtained by multiple regression.
