Cultivating students innovation ability and inquiring ability in the curriculum reform is generally accepted by educationalists. Besides, education facing all students and promoting their all round development is favored by teachers, especially the ones at the teaching forefront. Speaking of the present situation, however, because of some teachers one-sided understanding and extreme practising the inquiring teaching method, it is difficult to promote it in an all-round way in mathematics class in middle schools; whats more, there is no saying cultivating the students inquiring ability, who have difficulty in learning, as a vulnerable group in education. The battle position of the quality education is nowhere but in class, and the difficulties of class teaching are how to face the group consisting of many individuals of different levels, and how to improve class teaching and make it reflected in every aspect of teaching so as to enable every student to enjoy the best learning environment where they can achieve full development, which has become a subject we have to discuss together. The author has theoretically and practically carried out systematical research on the inquiring teaching of mathematics in the high school and teaching the students who have difficulty in learning. The goal is to effectively carry out and develop the inquiring teaching of mathematics in the high school among the students who have difficulty in learning; meanwhile, the authors teaching level can achieve great improvement. Therefore, these students interest in learning can be motivated, and their grades and ability of thinking can also be improved. In addition, this research will be a reference for other educators research and practice.This thesis systematically research the theory about the inquiring teaching and the student who have difficulty in learning by the document and logic method, and these students study and the current situation of the inquiry learning method by the questionnaire method. According to the findings of the survey, in the aspect of the society, the student and the teacher, the author further demonstrates the elements that result in the current working state of the students who have difficulty in learning, and analyze the barrier these students face in the course of the inquiry learning and the cause of the phenomenon. Combine with the teaching practice and the concrete conditions of the students who have difficulty in learning, and define the seven principles, such as"step by step", in the period where the inquiring teaching method is effectively promoted in teaching these students. Also, from five aspects, i.e. the mathematical problem, the conception, the proposition, the exercise and the practice, this thesis shows the course of the practice and some cases about the effective promotion of the inquiring teaching method in teaching the students who have difficulty in learning in the specific teaching environment by the case study method according to the principle of promotion.
