5.12 Wenchuan earthquake caused incalculable damage. The most affected areas are mountains around Sichuan and nearby, which is one of the most ancient peoples of one nation, Qiang's settlements. In the earthquake, Qiang were suffered a devastating blow. Their recovery after the earthquake struck a chord in the hearts of people across the country. Now, reconstruction work is going on. Under the conduct of the Party and State's investment in manpower, financial and material support, they want to help the victims out of the negative impact of the earthquake as soon as possible. But the earthquake damage related to all aspects of fact, the reconstruction process is also faced with a lot of practical problems to be solved. Reconstruction policy in the towns and rural areas are different. Urban receive the counterpart assistance from the various provinces and cities, with a unified plan. While in rural areas, particularly in which didn't seriously affected, it call for the greater the need of self-recovery capability. This provides the article a good opportunity to observe the Qiang villages in the view of social structure and pattern of the restructuring process. So the author focuses on the order of post-disaster recovery and restructuring of social structure of Qiang villages. The complete of this article is under the work of author and the project team members'two in-depth field survey. We used the method of structural questionnaire, depth interviews, combined with the local observation of the when living together with Qiang people. In this paper, I selected the "State-Society" perspectives to describe and study the interaction between the involvement of national strength and the villagers'actions on post-disaster reconstruction. Meanwhile, to some extent, the article constitutes a study of seismic sociology and disaster sociology. Because this paper attempts to describe the daily life of post-earthquake emergency, the recovery of economic production after the earthquake, the continuation of religious belief after the earthquake, the improvements of village infrastructure, public services, disputes of renewing the house on the process the relief and reconstruction. Through the above analysis, the end-result of this paper is the logic of country and villagers'action and the ways to provide resources, aiming to explain the reorganization of the social structure after the earthquake. Through the in-depth analysis of the elements of this formation, the author give the re-generate of rural social structure suffered a significant damage and summary inductive and theory sublimation. The theoretical innovation of this paper is to propose a set of interaction patterns on the nation and the villagers. They are the private sector based on the country, public areas based on nations and symbiosis areas which state-rural are intertwined. The three forms of areas are different and they have their own characteristics in actors, practice areas, functions and values. They basically covered the post-disaster life order and social structure of Qiang village from disorder to order. Because as a whole social system, when Qiang villages response to the change of the social environment, they can usually start some adjustments. That is to say, they get balanced by two mechanisms-the internal social and external social control to maintain dynamic balance, guarding the orderly operation of the village itself. Special attention is needed. The village's social structure is in constant adjustment with external environment to achieve the balance of the internal structure. This also means that state intervention was able to successfully be closely related to the interaction between village's structural elements.
