How to promote Lushan’s tourism generally with the development of sports tourism is one of the issues that need to be resolved. This thesis employed research methods which include literature study, expert interview, on-the-spot investigation, questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis, studying and analyzing the development status of Lushan’s sports tourism both before and after the earthquake through which problems were discovered, including resources destruction, infrastructures damages, traffic congestions, tourism talents shortages and social security system’s imperfections. According to the current situation of Lushan’s sports tourism and the needs for the reconstruction of sports tourism, making full use of Lushan’s resources and adopting the general idea that giving priority to the development of advantageous projects, making a start onsophisticated projects, working up others projects, fixing the security issues right away and developing the principal project of "one-Corridor, Two-Belt, Three-Areas and Multiple Point",.This thesis came up with strategies as integrated tourism of Weita Funnelgroup, dark sports tourism and eco-tourism, providing some references for Lushan’s sports tourism development, promoting the process of reconstruction successfully and driving the economic growth of Lushan. For these purposes, conclusions and solutions were listed as below:1. As the nearest ecological forest to Chengdu, Lushan is rich in the resources of sports tourism, and it is necessary to strengthen the comprehensive development on the group of Weita Funnelgroup.2. From the perspective of "turning the negative to the positive" and "changing the waste into weath", Lushan could develop its special sports tourism with the disaster relics of earthquake, debris flows and landslides.3. The disaster-hit area needs to pay high attention to the warning against the natural disasters and accidents, put more emphasis on the spread of survival knowledge and the study of survival skills, and develop experience tourist of survival education.4. For the imperfections of the tour management organizations in Lushan, untrained sports-tourist practitioners lack the common sense of sports tourism. Thus, sports tourism talents should be introduced into the post-disaster reconstruction. Meanwhile, great importance should be attached to the knowledge training of sports tourism on both the employees and tour guides.5. There are many safety loopholes in Lushan’s sports tourism infrastructures. Therefore, the safety assurance system should also be reinforced in the reconstruction.
