From July 19 to 23,2017,there was a general rainstorm in Faga area of Yunnan Province, which triggered a small landslide disaster. The disaster did not cause casualties or serious loss of people's property. The relocation and resettlement of Faga was carried out under the guidance and support of the government. The study of post-disaster reconstruction in Faga is a field survey in the disaster-stricken areas from an anthropological perspective, which plays an important role in the practice of academic theory, and also provides a less research thinking for the process of post-disaster reconstruction and the development of disaster-stricken villages. This paper studies the process of post-Faga reconstruction from the following aspects.First.it introduces the government's poverty alleviation survey and the situation of the July 19 disaster.Secondly,it describes the government-supported post-disaster reconstruction projects, the organization and implementation process of reconstruction, the implementation concept of reconstruction, and the factors affecting post-disaster reconstruction.Thirdly,it combs and analyses Faga's social capital from the aspects of relationship, trust and reciprocity norms, and describes the impact of social capital on individual decision-making and economic and industrial planning and development after the Faga disaster.Fourthly, from the aspects of traditional social capital, contemporary social capital, social relations network and minority social capital, this paper analyses the problems of Ga social capital, and puts forward some suggestions on how to cultivate and expand rural social capital after the disaster. Finally,it summarizes and discusses how Faga can make use of the opportunity of post-disaster reconstruction to achieve the goal of rural revitalization.By investigating the process of reconstruction after Faga disaster, this study concludes that social capital plays a very important role in the reconstruction and rehabilitation of rural areas.Social capital has an important impact on the formulation and imlplementation of reconstruction projects, villagers' choice of reconstruction methods, and the socio-economic development of Faga after the disaster.Post-disaster reconstruction can bring opportunities for the development of disaster-stricken areas. If villages want to achieve breakthroughs in social and economic development through post-disaster reconstruction and achieve the goal of rural development and revitalization, they must strengthen the cultivation of their own social capital, and regard the construction and expansion of social capital as a long-term and stable program.Social capital is not only an important resource for post-disaster rural development, but also an indispensable part of the process of ensuring social harmony and stability.
