With the acceleration of urbanization and modernization, mass of migrant workers flow to the city for jobs. But in the new era, the scale of rural migrant workers is larger than that of the first generation of rural migrant workers in cities, and "after 80s" becomes main force. Currently, the new generation of labor is gradually entering the peak employment, but their employment situation in cities is not optimistic. Lots of fact proves, new generation of migrant workers have a higher expectations to employment than that of the first generation. They expect to big cities, and pursue jobs with well welfare.And the employment conception, which plays a role in guidence in people'employment behavior, is a reflection of relatively stable opinions and attitudes that is corrected with the purpose and meaning of employment. Therefore, the research of new generation rural migrate workers has an important significance in their employment.The formation and change of views of job selection is a product of socialization. The author thinks that peasant-worker's view of job selection has some correlation with social network. The process of farmers'work, selection and development in new town, is also a constant process of social network construction. In the meanwhile, their social network capital reconstrction is also a kind of re-socialization process. By the means of survey and case study, this article tries to analyze the influence of strong relation network, medium relation network, as well as weak relation network for views employment. Finally, solutions are provided according to the realities:firstly, to try our best to increase their levels of self-perception and capital; secondly, parents should set a good example and adjust their expectations appropriately; thirdly, government should guide culture and media to play a good influence function.
