Nearly four national games in Shandong province grades rising, in the 11th national games, Shandong province, at 63 gold MEDALS on the gold-medal table at grades.The athletic sports although has made good progress, but the goal from sports strong province, if want to still lag behind in the shortest possible time from "sports province" to "strong sports province" change target must fully enhance the competitiveness of competitive sports and athletic sports strength rise in the reasonable, sports is the crucial factor. Prefecture sports school as a local athletic sports development, is an important part of the cradle of athletic sports development, the competitive level of relates directly to an area of competitive strength. Improve the municipal-scale sports school project of Shandong province and even in China, the athletic sports development plays a vital role.This study adopts literature data method, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other methods, seventeen cities of Shandong province inspect the sports school, through the issue, recovery questionnaire, and part of the leadership and coaches who wait for means, to interview each sports school project development goals, the coach team status, athletes status, sports Settings, logistics, etc. To fully understand the situation, in the questionnaire data collection and analysis, found that the current sports after school programs in the overall condition continued as follows:1) leadership importance is insufficient, project management mechanism are not reasonable enough and lack of effective system safeguard; 2) project development goals are not clear, project cohesion is lower; 3) athletes less chance, regions between schools lack of games exchanges; 4) coaches from the number can meet the need of basic training, but the knowledge structure of a single, lack of training, examination management system still is not perfected; 5) competitive sports low mercerization, governments cannot meet the need of training, training funds shortage, sources unfold; 6) athletes, learn the obstructed conveying channel conflict led to obtain employment after retirement- not ideal, which has affected the athletes participation enthusiasm.This study aims to find influence factors of project development of competitive sports, in order to further promote the sports schools provide direction of sustainable development of the project. Analyzes the factors influencing the sports after school, constructing the reform thought of this project, and puts forward the following countermeasures:1. Strengthen the leadership attention, accelerate the rationalization process project management mechanism.2.Clear sports school localization of target, adjust the project layout, characterizing.3. In the fully "with the positive role of the practice", strengthen the game around schools communicate, interval for athletes to participate in competition to provide more opportunities.4. Strengthen the coach team construction, improvement of for the coaches business and providing a platform, promote the scientific training.5. Improve athletes selecting quality, strengthening of literacy class study, improve athlete's comprehensive quality.6.
