Problems And Countermeasures Study In Student Life Guidance Of The Rural Primary Boarding School

Boarding schools mean that the boarding students not only study in school, but also stay in school after class. Compared with those who are non-residential, they get less family education, but more school education comparatively. Boarding students in rural primary schools are at a critical period of physical and mental development. They should have to accept the normal school education and family education, but now these students are separated from the contact with family without enjoying family education to a large extent. So they have to learn life experiences, habits, life skills and other tasks at school instead. But school is not a substitute for the task of family education. Therefore, schools should strengthen guidance on students’ lives to compensate for the lack of family education, help them adapt to boarding school life and promote physical and mental development. From the inspection about boarding school, we found that there were so many problems in school life guidance due to the impact of the country, schools, and students. Appropriate and effective measures to solve the problems of life guidance can improve the overall quality of the teachers, compensate for the lack of boarding students, family education, and promote the development of the health of students, even the development of boarding schools.Have an overall understanding about Qiexue country and Qiexue country primary school in Guangxi Donglan Town. Make questionnaire and interview outline from the diet, accommodation, health and safety, mental emotion and relationship and so on. Through field survey, we found the current situation was not optimistic. Through the investigation of life guidance, we found the existed problem in the life guidance. Such as the unclear goal, inadequate content of life guidance, improper methods and life guiding pattern being blind.Find the reason for the problem of life guidance based on the problems, mainly including the deficiency of education policy and regulations, and related theoretical research; boarding students in the critical period of physical and mental development; ignoring life guidance and individual developmental needs; family structure, family concept restrict student living guide; boarding alienation of national culture and community culture. Combine with the specific reasons caused by boarding life guidance; explore the countermeasures to optimize the life guidance at rural primary school. That is to say, strengthen theoretical research about the guidance of life; strengthen the teacher construction; improve school infrastructure conditions, deepen guidance of family education; strengthen the student community culture and the construction of national culture guidance.
