| With the gradual advancement of education reform and the optimal allocation of educational resources,more and more primary school students are studying in boarding mode while adjusting school planning.How to ensure the overall development of primary school boarding students and improve the overall quality of primary school boarding students affects the progress and development of compulsory education.The number of boarding students in elementary schools is increasing.On the one hand,it can effectively integrate educational resources,maximize the use of limited material,financial and human resources,and improve the quality of education.On the other hand,it can solve the problem of difficulty in running schools in remote areas,and boarding students tend to be more independent,their lives are more regular,and their self-care ability is stronger than that of day students.Some elementary students,especially those in remote rural areas,have enjoyed higher-quality educational resources than ever before in the way of boarding in their studies and life,and have exercised their communication skills at school.This thesis takes the current situation of boarding students’ extracurricular life in Jingmen T Primary School as the theme.The research methods used include literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview survey method.The content includes the school’s time allocation for students’ extracurricular life,the organization of extracurricular life Plan,evaluation mechanism of after-school life,understanding of teachers and students’ after-school life,students’ satisfaction with school after-school life and types of needs,etc.to conduct surveys,analyze data and interview results.According to the status quo,it is found that teachers and students lack the concept and understanding of extracurricular life;the content of extracurricular activities is monotonous and lacks organization;does not pay attention to the evaluation of extracurricular life;the lack of emotional care of students,and analyzes the reasons that restrict the development of primary school boarders’ extracurricular life from four aspects:The comprehensive literacy and ability of teachers need to be improved;students’ daily homework is large,and learning channels are restricted;parents and school pay too much attention to performance and neglect quality education;teachers have heavy tasks and fail to care for students.Finally,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the extracurricular life of rural primary school boarding students,including: changing the concept of extracurricular life management;improving the implementation of extracurricular life management,which includes enriching the content of extracurricular life,improving the comprehensive ability and quality of teachers;improving the extracurricular life Specifically,it is necessary to improve the rules and regulations and supervision mechanism of after-school life,improve the evaluation system,pay attention to the emotions of students,and strengthen the subject consciousness and status of students.The research and investigation objects of this thesis have certain regionality and limitations,so the results of the investigation may not have a certain generality.Many problems still need to be further considered and explored.For the physical and mental health and all-round development of students,the problems in the after-school life of rural primary school boarding students will need to be solved step by step with the joint efforts of schools,parents and all sectors of society in the future. |
