The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Students' Management In The Rural Boarding School In The County Of Broad City

The construction of the rural boarding school can make up for the disadvantage of the children of the rural school-age children in the study time and the learning conditions,and provide a good environment for the schooling of the rural children.The boarding school attracts students and parents with its unique management mode.But at the same time,students eat,live and study in school most of the time,and bring serious new problems to the management of school students.There are more and more extensive concerns about the students' safety management,diet management,accommodation management,and the prevalence of mental health problems among students,as compared with the previous student situation.In this case,this study based on the status quo of the management of KuanCheng county Mingde primary school students,discusses the practical problems and countermeasures,through investigation and study for boarding primary school student management provide certain theoretical guidance and reference.Based on the research methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview method,this study investigated the student management of the primary school in the town of Yuerya.It is found that the life management of the primary school students is the management system of safety management,diet management,the management of dormitory and the management of after-school life lack of a unified management system.Students' learning management is in the form of learning and the learning efficiency of students needs to be improved.The students' mental health education was obviously insufficient.In view of the problems existing in the management of the primary school students,the author tries to suggest that the government should increase funds and policy support to provide guarantee for scientific management.Establish and improve the related management system and standardize students' management;"People-oriented" to strengthen the mental health of students in rural boarding schools;Change the concept and update the management style;Advocate school cooperation,let parents participate in student management.Comprehensive and multi-angle planning to achieve scientific management.
