Interaction is the core of long-distance onlin training and the quality of onlin interaction affect the quality of onlin training. The research of the current situation of network interactive is very necessary. Along with the improvement of modern network methods and the development of information technology, more and more long-distance onlin training appear. Among them the programs aiming at improving teachers' education technology and professional technical ability have mushroomed, so it is necessary for us to analysis the situation of long-distance teacher training, so as to provide reference for the long-term development of research.With the support of our country's ministry of education, this training includes all kinds of all primary and secondary school teachers national in different areas and different professional, and integrates various teaching theoretics teaching cases teaching activities such as outstanding teaching resources, in order to offers chances and supports for the development of primary and secondary school teachers. This research take school teachers' long-distance online training which is set up by Network Pedagogical Academy of Peking University and the author took teachers who participated in this training as the research and survey objects. Through the Platform analysis questionnaire survey, QQ interviews the author discussed and analyzed the school teachers' Interaction Statusand and its affecting factors about long-distance online training, and aimed at the question to propose the feasible suggestion item by item in order to promote the effective interaction.The introduction part has first clarified the issue in the background and significance. Secondly, the author reviewed the research results about the primary and secondary teachers' training about education technology ability and online interaction on domestic and foreign, and has displayed the main research method which the article use.The main thesis of chapterⅡis on the articles that appear in the description of the relevant concepts and definitions, and briefly introduce and comb the origin and development of some concepts.The third chapter first analyze the environment about onlin interaction, including online interactive platform, online training contents online tutor and so on Secondly the survey data are analyzed, mainly about the windows for interaction On this basis, we got the interaction situation of long-distance teacher training.ChapterⅣin the light of the interaction affecting factors proposed some effective interaction strategy to promote the primary and secondary school teachers remote training and at the same time also discussed ways and methods to improve remote training system. ChapterⅣAccording to the survey data, mainly from the basic elements of influence interaction, targeted to find the affecting factors:primary and secondary school teachers' own factors, internet cotents internet factors online environmental factors and internal factors in long-distance learning activities.
