Developing education and deepening educational reform in rural areas isthe most important part in the education development strategy, as well as the key toimprove countryside economic development and to harmonize development of city andcountryside. Enhancing the construction of countryside staff in primary and junior highschool, consolidating the training and strengthening the quality of countryside staff inprimary and junior high school is the promotion and ensuring to countryside educationalreform and development. Since the implement of national Modern Long-DistanceEducation Program in rural areas, teacher training is becoming the core of improvingproject of implement region education and economic development. Study how to makefull use of Modern Long-Distance Education resources to launch countryside stafftraining in order to enhance the quality of teachers is now a must for the training units.As the manager and designer of Modern Long-Distance Education Program ofcountryside primary and junior high school in Shaanxi Province, the author constructs 4degreed training system-province, city, town, and school and management mode andtraining strategy through the deeply investigation and practical explore. The author alsoconsummate and revise the system and mode in the practice.This paper is composed of 6parts:The first part is introduction, elucidating the study background, significance andmethod. Through practical investigation, constitute the training system, mode andtactics of Modern Long-Distance Education Program of rural primary and junior highschool in Shaanxi Province.The second part is the search of theory, elucidating the background of teachertraining, teacher status, and teaching method in training.The third part is research process, elucidating how to assurance the instructionthought, and analysis the conditions before training, formate the training method. aftertraining begin, we improve the training continouly.The forth part is the result of practice and investigation. According to the realistic situation of our province, propose the mode of training management, strategy, and 4degreed training system-province, city, town, and school of Modern Long-DistanceEducation Program of rural primary and junior high school in Shaanxi Province.The fifth part is about sustainable development of Long-Distance training strategy.How to sustain implement of the effective training on the base of the prior training is animportant part. The author proposes the sustainable training strategy in this paper.The sixth part is conclusion and the analysis of problems causing afterwards.. Thetraining system, mode and strategy cited in the paper receive extensive self-identity. Theauthor raise the issues needed to be study in the later investigation.
