The paper has sued literature, questionnaire, statistics, logical analysis, expert interviews, case studies and other research methods, on physical education in Fujian Province University Track and Field Course syllabus comparative analysis, from the guiding ideology, curriculum objectives, teaching content, teaching methods and methods of assessment methods such as track and field program to investigate and study status, combined with basic education in Fujian Province, Physical and Health Education (Athletics Division) standard calls for reform from the perspective of the current basic education in Fujian Province Physical Education Course of Track and Field Problems. Purpose is to reveal the Fujian PE status of Track and Field Course, College Athletics to promote the reform of courses to provide some valuable information. Education reform in recent years under the influence of physical education in Fujian Province Track and Field Course is changing guidelines, course objectives focus on knowledge and skills training, education content, focus has been exemplary from the shift in the direction athletic aptitude and to strengthen the student organization of teaching ability, especially in the 'basic education' in ideology has been enhanced. But in the "healthy track," "Competitive Track and Field", "entertainment track" reasonable integration, student teaching ability, identify and solve problems, innovation ability and life-long student training aspects of sustainable development has been the lack of;course content is not comprehensive evaluation, assessment methods are inadequate, assessment and evaluation of content are now still too much emphasis on students in technological learning and evaluation of the biological effects of compliance, or to the main summative assessment, process evaluation, supplemented by, essentially no Evaluation of the development of students.
