Inquiry teaching in various disciplines was carried out to promote the comprehensivedevelopment and lifelong development of the students with the development of new basic education curriculum reform.But some problems existed in the inquiry teaching such as weak inquiry teaching capabilities of the teachers, inappropriate inquiry contents, the students"false involved"in the inquiry teaching and cooperative learning problems such as formalized and which the effectives of the inquiry teaching.The teachers as study angle and the effectiveness of inquiry teaching as a starting point and how to explore teaching practice problems of chemistry inquiry teaching were researched in this subject and which will enrich related theory of effectivenessinquiry teaching and to provide some references for exploring instructional practice.Related literatures of classroom teaching and effectiveness of inquiry teaching were combed and what were as practice research theory basis in the thesis.The author thinks that the teachers should completes three tasks such as preparation of inquiry teaching, striving toimprove the effectiveness of inquiry teaching implementation and teaching reflection and evaluation of inquiry teaching andwhich could promote the improvement and effectiveness of inquiry teaching. Based on the above assumptions, the practice and some problems were stuied. Current teaching situation of inquiry teaching was surveyed from two aspects such as the teachers and the students through questionnaire method and then analysed influence factors of the effectiveness of current inquiry teaching.And then teaching experiments were made and changes were compared and analysed in the experimental class. Teaching practice exploration program to improve effectiveness of inquiry teaching of middle school were put forward such as preparation of inquiry teaching (choice of inquiry teaching, guidance and mobilization of inquiry teaching),cultivated exploreing basic literacy and exploring the students ability, mobilizing the enthusiasm of students to participate in the probe, optimizing the probe links and improve the effectiveness ofthe inquiry.After practice research, in order to improve effectives of inquiry teaching, some improve teaching practice suggestion combining with the teaching practice exposed problems was proposed to such as correct choices according to different explore content teaching method strategy,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students participation explore inquiry activities,improve cooperative learning effectiveness, completes the teachers evaluation improvement and 3reflections.The research results indicated that:(1) The teachers teaching practice of the inquiry teaching ability(inquiry teaching material selection, inquiry activity design, explore the teaching organization, regulation, etc), changes of teaching ability behavior habits (teaching concepts, teaching reflection, etc.) had important significance in improving effectiveness inquiry teaching. Effectiveness of the inquiry teaching practice activities should focus on the students exploring accomplishment and ability of basic training, participation to explore the transfer, study enthusiasm of cooperative learning problems.In order to improve the effectiveness of inquiry teaching, implementation of the ability of the teachers was Strived to improve, and at the same time, efforts was focused on the cultivation of the students explore literacy, fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of the students participate in exploring the effectiveness of cooperative learning teaching. (2) Effects of teaching practice have indicated that the topic research help the students master the knowledge of chemistry, transform learning mode and improve the learning chemestry interest and which the teachers and the students could attain the benefits from inquiry teaching with the developmemt of teaching practice and promote the improvement of teaching effectiveness.
