With China’s new round curriculum reform developing fatherly innationwide, especially the quality education progressed deeply, the newcurriculum standard request and further to cultivate the students’ scientificliteracy, satisfy all student’s lifelong development needs. The senior highschool physics teachers cannot but pay attention to students’ self-learning,advocate multiple teaching methods. At the same time, the new curriculumstandard requires that the teachers put forward higher requirements, changethe teaching concept, the reform of teaching methods, change the passivelearning into active learning. So the practice of the high school guidedlearning plan and inquiry teaching arises at the historic moment. Byresearching and practicing of guided learning plan and inquiry teaching theoryin physics of grade one of high school, I attempt to find a better way forstudents, which is helpful to improve their initiative and ability.In this paper, I expound the research background, significance,theoretical basis, the study of the design, implementation, and the effect of theimplementation of class of guided learning plan and inquiry teaching theoryin detail. Guided by Dewey’s pragmatism inquiry teaching theory, humanisticlearning theory, constructivism learning theory and the concept of the newcurriculum, I investigate the teaching functions on the guided learning planand inquiry teaching.Through the research of guided learning plan and inquiry teaching inphysics for grade one in high school, I try to find some more suitable methodsfor learning actively and improve their abilities of solving problems. Throughthe teaching experimental research in a semester, we can get the conclusionthat it promotes the school achievement in physics entirely. Meanwhile thestudents’ ability of independent learning, innovation and languagecompetence skills have been greatly improved; The theory helps the highschool students to form favorable study habits and acquire a scientificlearning method effectively. Finally, the research in this paper reflects the introspection due to thelimitations of the experimental class. There are no comparative studies in awide range, so the results of the study do not accurate definitely. Testcontingency also have influenced test results. Obviously, I pointed out thedirection for future research and suggestions on the senior high school physicsteaching.
