Northeast Ski Club Evolution And Development Of Countermeasures

Public skiing and the ski industry in the last century in China along with the strength of the modern competitive skiing while growing rapidly developed. Since the reform and opening up, China's rapid economic development, social environment and political situation of stability, people's material living standards improve, people's mental outlook, country weekends, holidays implementation of the system, increasing urban traffic conditions of travel convenience. All of these changes have given the people to participate in physical fitness and create more and more time and opportunity, for the ski club in the rise and development of China has provided a broad space. National economic environment in China is very beneficial to the development of the ski club, and since skiing close to nature, both physical exercise, which develop the quality of people's participation can stimulate enthusiasm. The number increases every year to participate in skiing, ski club at the same time to develop simultaneously.In this paper, northeast of the ski club to study the evolution and development, through literature review, expert interviews, questionnaires, statistics, logical analysis of the evolution of the club in Northeast China, conducted a survey of current situation analysis to identify One of the problems, propose appropriate countermeasures to northeast of the ski club for the healthy and orderly development of reference. Through research the following conclusions:(1) Northeast ski club members than male members in the female gender members. Members mostly high-income (monthly income of 3,000 or so), the highest proportion of academic and undergraduate college, between the ages of 30-50 participants as the main club. Development of better organized ski club usually 1-2 days a week, 40 more than the number of participants (the number of participants, including members and non members).(2) Northeast generally use the Ski Club membership fees charged in two ways the system. The Northeast region's natural climate, the snow on a long, ski clubs and related activities in the organization on a relatively long time, members of the general level of skiing is divided into early, middle and senior three level.(3) Ski Club, ski enthusiasts can promote technological upgrading and promoting the role of deepening the development of ski tourists. Can promote the development of the ski club ski-related industries in different chains and the continuous development of ski resorts.(4) northeast of the ski club in the development strategy should be built ski clubs in terms of a more standardized management system; ski club in the institutional aspects of the business establishment of specialized institutions; resource development in the ski club to expand the use of resources; the funding sources terms of expansion of channels, increase financial input; step up publicity efforts to get government support; learn from the experience of foreign clubs.(5) Northeast ski club widespread confusion in organization and management issues is conducive to long-term healthy and stable development of the club management and operation of the rules is not perfect.
