Core training is the main strength and balance training which mainly around the central region of the body muscles and nerves, muscle system. Compare Core training with traditional abdomen and waist strength training, it can not only effectively increase the strength of trunk muscles, more importantly, can make the body better in the course of the campaign to maintain the stability of the body's balance to support the development the limbs. Today Core training is widely used in the field of rehabilitation and has attracted the attention of sports workers which has been used in some of the competitive sports training.Sprint is a leading class of the physical speed sport, the quality of power and quality of speed is the two crucial factors that determine sportsman'athletic ability Because the speed factor largely depends on the inherent quality, so strength training becomes an important part in physical training for sprinters. Because the project requires players to complete extent possible, lower extremity strength training at full speed, effectively increase the power of tread, significantly improved sprint performance, so strength training for sprinters currently concentrated in the lower limbs, but waist Muscular Strength training group was the lack of detailed and systematic plan. However, the traditional strength training mainly for the lower limbs cannot solve the problems of how to control the stability of the human body in high-speed movement and how to do leg extension in the flight phase, the hip pawing action to support the provision of hair, how to increase swing hip and other details at most significant rate. Therefore, Core training may improve the competitive ability of sprinters from the role of it.In this paper, based on using of literature and expert interviews, had a Core training experiments in the period of 10-12 weeks'on sports team in track and field team of Heilongjiang Province, track and field sports teams'athletes of Harbin Institute of Physical Education. based on reference to Core training method abroad, the combination of Sprint characteristics and athletes themselves, mainly use of the training two categories methods of static and dynamic training methods: static methods of the training arm of the main horizontal support legs Stretch very hip, very hip supine arm support and raise leg, lateral arm support very hip to mention legs, two from the other side of banana posture; dynamic training methods are very hip knee sit-hold Pickups, Pull in, Hip extension and knee flexion, Reverse back extension, Gordy's static lateral helicopter, sit-Swiss ball leg raise, Supine stabilizer scissors, Exchange, Single leg crunch and so on. Through experiment I explore the core methods for sprinters'strength training to enhance the research of Core training and summarizes the Core training'advantages and disadvantages in spring training and provide reference for sprinters'Core training in the future.
