Objective: Scientific physical exercise can not only promote physical health,but also improve cognitive ability.Core stability training and repetitive sprint training are two new forms of training at present.There have been some research reports about their influence on physical fitness and cognitive ability.But how about the effect of combination training on physical fitness and cognitive ability,especially on children? In order to carry out these new sports training methods better in primary and secondary school physical education classes and make them better used to promote the physical fitness of children,especially the improvement of cognitive ability,this paper adopts longitudinal tracking control design,observes and compares the core stability training(flat support),repeated sprint and core stability over a period of time.The effects of combined training of sex and repetition sprint on physical fitness and cognitive ability of junior high school students(stroop reaction time).Objectives and Methods: From September to mid-November,2018,45 male students were randomly divided into three groups according to their classes.One group was core stability training group(CST group),two groups were repetitive sprint training group(RST group),and three groups were core stability and repetitive sprint combined training group(C+R group).Before the beginning,three groups of students were tested for body weight,50-meter running,pull-up,standing long jump,1000-meter running and STROOP correct rate and reaction time.After the test,three groups were given different physical exercises.The core stability training group(CST group)was given three times a week for 10 minutes,including resistance exercises of major muscle groups(such as flat support).The two groups were given repeat sprint training group(RST group)three times a week for 10 minutes,and the three groups were given core stability training and repeat washing combined training group(C+R group)for Wednesday.After seven weeks of training,the results of 50-meter run,lead-up,standing long jump,1000-meter run and STROOP correct rate and reaction time of three groups of students were tested respectively.The changes of physical fitness and cognitive ability reaction time before and after the analysis of experimental data were measured.Results: Through data analysis,after 7 weeks of training,the physical fitness and cognitive ability of CST group,RST group and C+R group have been improved in varying degrees,but the improvement of physical fitness performance of RST group and C+R group is better than that of CST group.The influence of exercise on physical fitness shows speciality and selectivity.Compared with the pre-test,the post-test of physical fitness indicators in the core stability training group only showed a significant improvement in the pull-up,P=0.019 < 0.05.In the repetitive sprint training group,the results of 50-meter race were significantly improved,P=0.000 < 0.01;the results of standing long jump were significantly improved,P=0.014 < 0.05;the results of 1000-meter race were significantly improved,P=0.003 < 0.01.In combination training group,the results of 50-meter race were significantly improved,P=0.001<0.01;standing long jump was significantly improved,P=0.010<0.05;lead-up was significantly improved,P=0.014<0.05;1000-meter race was significantly improved,P=0.005<0.01.Compared with the pre-test,there was no significant difference in the accuracy of Stroop and reaction time posttest among the three groups,with P values of 0.199,0.619 and 0.792,respectively.In the three groups,reaction time was significantly shortened,P values were 0.004,0.001 and 0.008,respectively.CONCLUSION:(1)Under the same exercise time,the combined training of core stability and repetitive sprint has a comprehensive and significant promoting effect on children's physical fitness index,and its training effect is better than that of single repetitive sprint training,and even better than that of single core stability training.(2)Under the same exercise time,the combination training of core stability and repetitive sprint can also significantly promote children's cognitive ability,but its training effect is the same as that of single repetitive sprint training or single core stability training.
