Non-Pprofit Organization Participation Behavior Research In China Youth Commercial Education

With the high development in the initial stage of Chinese non-profit organization, it has gone into all aspects of China social lives. This article has begun from education aspect, combined with current education system barriers, doing some innovative research on the current status of this .Non-profit organization act as the new power in social education together with school education and family education consist of national education integration. It also goes through some kind of practical lessons while using relative theory to present. This article using examples to analysis relative non-profit organization operation status and the projects which they have developed in Youth commercial projects. Using case study, chapter and data to analysis the root-cause and multiple usage, on the same time to indicate the disadvantages through development and barrier analysis for all items. Finally giving some specific innovative new suggestions, like how to maximize the social resources to enhance China non-profit organization in Youth Commercial Education Development.In this paper, the series of surveys and studies, we found that the non-profit organizations in China organized limited financial resources, operating revenue model of a single, state-owned enterprises, private enterprises to participate in low, resulting in non-profit organizations in China's participation in business education in the youth not very large extent, the domestic public, whether its business model to run or value of business education for young people were not quite mature understanding. However, we clearly see the non-profit organizations in our young people the value of business education, whether education of young people to add, or volunteers and participating companies can be harvested from. And the introduction of mature foreign non-profit organizations, relevant laws and regulations are maturing, so that the non-profit organizations in China in recent years young people getting better and better business education environment. That with the number of non-profit educational organization continues to soar, to ensure that nonprofit organizations must be prepared several young business education in China and healthy development of follow-up to maturity: 1, to strengthen the government sector, with the Education Department to promote the overall quality of education in young students ; 2, various types of enterprises to strengthen cooperation, especially the mainstream media; 3, and strengthen cooperation between the non-profit organizations, local non-profit organizations to improve China's business education, youth participation in the level of commitment; 4, using the network platform for volunteers, an economist with the communication between young students; 5, promoting educational reform, so that the different effective competition between organizational forms of education, cooperation and complementarily, and to improve the domestic non-profit organization management system ; 6, non-profit youth educational organization in the process of business education teaching materials, teaching aids and other costs of the appropriate fee to maintain the daily work of organizations need to maintain the sound development.
