High school Chinese language curriculum standard gives traditionalculture education lots of demands and suggestions. As a high school language teachershould have deep traditional culture. But because of some reasons such as socialenvironment, the current high school Chinese teacher’s traditional culture is generallyweak, which results in lack of the consciousness of traditional culture and Chineseteaching view, and it makes the high school student`s traditional culture knowledgereserve very poor, so the quality education has almost become a mere formality.If wewant to chanage this situation, the high school Chinese teacher should imporve theirtraditional culture. Based on the condition and requirement, this paper gives a deepresearch about high school Chinese teacher how to promote their traditional culture.Firstly,this paper insights the current status of high school teacher`s Chinesetraditional culture, analyzes high school teacher`s Chinese traditional culture lack ofmultidimensional reasons, reveals the humanistic feature of mother tongue andinstrumental requirement for high school language teacher`s profound traditionalculture, clarifies high school language new curriculum standard of curriculum concept,curriculum goal and teaching proposal that requires the language teacher have thenecessity of the traditional culture (chapter1) On this basis, combs the basic conceptof Chinese traditional culture, clarify the basic spirit of Chinese traditional culture,clear the function of the Chinese traditional culture, elaborates on the high schoollanguage teacher practice the basic content of traditional culture, including classicallanguage accomplishment, the clssical culture accomplishment, the traditionalhistorical culture accomplishment, classical philosophy accomplishment, traditionalart culture accomplishment, ethical and moral accomplishment and traditionaleducation accomplishment (chapter2); Then clear high school language teacher to setup the lifelong learning views that teaching is better than learning, and lifelongceaseless view of classical culture and continuous upgrading of the spiritual pursuit of classical culture, and then building improve the cognition of traditional culture andlast respectively from the traditional culture of high school Chinese teachers’pre-service education and secondary continuously strengthen traditional culture,exploring improve high school language teacher`s Chinese traditional culture of thebasic way and specific methods (chapter3).
