In the developed and developing countries, population movement is the general phenomenon during the process of industrialization and urbanization. From the 1980s ,due to the reform and opening-up policy, the migration policy and the accelerated pace of urbanization in china ,a large number of rural labors have gone to the cities. The form of inflow of migrant workers has changed a lot, which is from the earliest form"single-style"or"husband and wife type"to"family style". Because of the stability of employment and work, more and more migrant workers bring their children to the cities. So migrant children , a special group ,have been born. They do not stay there in a short time , but live in the city with their parents . Their rights to education was limited by two-side constraints, On the one hand, owning to the limited capacity of many public schools some public schools refuse to accept migrant children to school. On the other hand, some public schools have the conditions of accepting children in schools, the migrant children in these schools need to pay for high fee , which is obviously not acceptable for migrant workers who are poor . Most children can only be enrolled in private schools for the children of migrant workers. How about the growth of these children in the school? What is the lives of the children of migrant workers like in the future? Which are worth considering. Basically, these migrant children are in the early stages of socialization. Early socialization has effects on the growth of a person. Their growth process is the process of their socialization .Migrant children grow in this particular environment. Their socialization not only related to their own development and growth, but also the improvement of the quality of social stability and urban development. From the perspective of socialization, I focus on the embarrassing situation of socialization which migrant children meet in private schools for the children of migrant workers. In order to have migrant children grow healthily and happily, I explore the solutions to the problem and give some advice that benefits the normal socialization for the migrant children...
