Research On The Strategy Of Scientific Research Management In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the rapid development of China’s higher vocational colleges in recent years, scientific management level also be put forward higher request. But in the realistic situation of investigation in the present research scientific management in higher vocational colleges, there are more or less still some problems, such as scientific research management concept is missing, academic propaganda is insufficient, the management efficiency is not effective. If we don’t improve these scientific research management issues not effectively, the resulting in school scientific research value deviation, these issues will influence the development of scientific research management in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, it’s important to improve the level of scientific research management in higher vocational colleges, higher vocational colleges to promote the scientific research work and school-running features.This study uses the analysis methods such as literature, questionnaire, interview and case study, on the basis of the background significance and the present situation of scientific research management in higher vocational colleges,the study proposes the research thoughts, research methods, and defines higher vocational education, higher vocational colleges, scientific research and management, etc, this study expatiates the position and function in the scientific research management in higher vocational colleges, and shows the relationship scientific research management in higher vocational colleges revealed with teaching management, academic management and administrative management in management content and the management methods.The study selects the higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu province as a case, Y. After the investigation, the study summarizes the achievements of scientific research management in higher vocational colleges, and analyzes and the reasons of the existing problems. The problems are higher vocational colleges in scientific research management idea, scientific management system, scientific research management incentive, scientific research outlay management, scientific research management, the reasons are that the first is the orientation of misconduct, the second is social status misalignment, the third is teachers’scientific research is weak.In view of the above questions, this study puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of comparative system to strengthen scientific research management in higher vocational colleges:defining scientific orientation, perfecting the management in scientific research system, strengthen the scientific research team construction, perfecting scientific incentive mechanism, strengthen scientific research outlay management.The innovation of the study lies in the development in higher vocational education and the need of higher vocational education, expounds the status and function of higher vocational colleges scientific research management in theory, elucidates the relation and distinction of scientific research management between the higher vocational colleges and the normal universities and colleges. The study discusses the close relationship between the scientific management and the teaching management, academic management in higher vocational colleges. It reveals the main characteristics and the basic rule of scientific research management in higher vocational colleges. In addition, there is certain practical value in that the study selects a case, takes the interview survey method and investigates the scientific research management problems in higher vocational colleges.
