| Since2012research and experimental development of the whole societyfunding to break one trillion yuan mark for the first time, our research funding stillwas sustained growth. In such a macro background, how to strengthen and improvethe management of research funding, and how to evaluate the economy, efficiencyand effectiveness of the use of research funding has become a focus of politicalsociety and the public attention.In this paper, through the use of literature, statistical investigation, case analysis,empirical analysis and other research methods, according to the Yunnan NZ ofCareer Academy in the management of funds for scientific research and make thesituation, starting from the performance audit of the construction of HigherVocational Colleges from the perspective of scientific research funds, performanceaudit evaluation index system by using the woll scoring method of higher vocationalcolleges, scientific research funds using the compliance, economy, efficiency,effectiveness is analyzed. According to the existing problems, proposed the YunnanNZ of the Career Academy in scientific research funds budget at the same time, weshould further perfect the school internal income distribution system, establishscientific and reasonable reward system to encourage the transformation ofachievements in scientific research, section personnel to improve the outputefficiency of scientific research funds. Finally, higher vocational colleges shouldestablish the scientific research funds supervision system, to ensure proper use ofscientific research funds.This article from the perspective of performance audit of funds for scientific research in Higher Vocational Colleges in Yunnan province management and application are also studied, to promote the perfection and innovation of management system in Higher Vocational Colleges scientific research funds, promote the scientific research funds to carry out a comprehensiveperformance audit, which has a certain reference significance. |
