When the word ant tribe comes into people’s vision with a huge impact, when theemployment problem of university graduates takes our attention, when the development of thenational enrollment and employment policy… When these changes are taking place, what affectsthey will face with for college graduates in Beijing? Among the internal factors which affectwhether graduates will choose to work in Beijing or not, such as human capital、social capitaland self-efficacy, which is the pull element, and which is the push element? In differentsituation,these factors are intertwined in different ways, and then affect the graduates’employment options. All those in above are the topic questions this article will expound.In this paper, structured interview is the basic research methods. It analysis since universityenrollment, the effect elements on employment options and its development, and the same timeintroducing push and pull theory. By comparison interviews from graduates of different years,we can find that human capital、social capital and self-efficacy always being together, such associal capital impacts human capital, social capital impacts the form of self-efficacy, the humancapital has important influences on the practice of social capital and the strength of self-efficacy.Human capital、social capital and self-efficacy have influence on each other, and they have acommon effect on the graduates’ employment options in Beijing.
