According to the existing statements of human capital's influence on college students employment quality,choose Henan province university graduates as research samples,with the method of questionnaire survey and telephone interviews to gather information,through the investigation of college graduates' human capital stock,measure the relationship between human capital and employment quality,reveal it's significant impact on employment stability and employment quality indexes,to provide reference to improve college students employment quality and education system in colleges and universities.Starting from the perspective of human capital and based on the survey data of undergraduates from 16 universities in Henan province,this paper studies the influencing factors of the employment quality of undergraduates in Henan province.Through a large number of literature and previous research,select the appropriate employment quality indicators and human capital indicators,and design the appropriate questionnaire.After checking the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,descriptive statistical analysis was carried out on 397 questionnaires.16 indicators of human capital were extracted as 5 key factors,and 11 indicators of employment quality were extracted as 4 key factors.Finally,the correlation between college students' human capital and employment quality is analyzed.In 397 graduated from undergraduate course colleges and universities in Henan province college students employment quality and human capital stock of investigation and empirical study,the following conclusion:college students during the period of school through learning and practice of human capital formation,can be summarized as learning ability,practical ability,expression ability,innovation ability,employment ability five aspects,the first year of employment quality average monthly salary have significant positive effects;The index of innovation ability and practical ability has a significant negative correlation with the professional correlation of employment quality,while the index of innovation ability has a low linear correlation with on-the-job training in employment quality.Employability significantly affects the nature of units in employment quality,that is,individual communication,thinking and writing abilities have significant positive effects on the types of employment units,social security and welfare,and employment stability.Employability has a significant positive correlation with individual employment satisfaction in employment quality,innovation ability has a low positive correlation with individualsatisfaction,and learning ability has a weak negative correlation with individual satisfaction.Based on the above conclusions,based on the empirical results,this paper analyzes the methods to improve the employment quality of college students,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions from the four levels of college students,universities,enterprises and the government,so as to provide some references and references for promoting high-quality employment of college students.
