In recent years,with the advancement of China's " The Belt and Road "construction,China-Myanmar political and economic ties have become increasingly close,and humanities exchanges have continued to deepen.Yunnan has deepened its educational cooperation and exchanges with Myanmar,and will build a " Belt and Road" to build a China-Myanmar economy.The corridor provides human support and intellectual support.As a "double-class" construction in the southwestern border of the motherland,Yunnan University established the China-Myanrmar Vocational and Technical College in Myanmar to accelerate the internationalization of education,serve China ' s opening-up strategy,and give full play to its own advantages.Cultivate vocational and technical talents,cultivate localized tourism talents,promote cultural exchanges between China and Myanma.In Myanmar,the China-Myanmar Vocational and Technical College,as a new exploration of the internationalization of vocational education in China,in addition to hardware construction,must also carry out software construction,in which the construction of personnel training programs is the top priority.The article will enrich the theoretical research on the internationalization of vocational education in China,put forward the implementation strategy of overseas vocational education,provide reference for Yunnan University to set up a talent training program for tourism Imanagement in vocational colleges,and also develop for China-Myanmar Vocational and Technical College.Other professional talent training programs provide reference,which provides a way of thinking for the construction of education services "The Belt and Road ",and makes some explorations for the internationalization of Chinese vocational education,providing a path for Chinese vocational education to "go global ".The article uses literature research methods,interview methods,research methods and other methods.By summarizing the experience of vocational education in China and analyzing the current situation of education in Myanmar and the development of vocational education in Myanmar,according to the demand for talent cultivation in Myanmar tourism development,the Yunnan University of Myanmar held the China-Myanmar Vocational and Technical College as an example.Myanmar cultivates localized skill-based and applied-oriented talents to explore the training programs for overseas tourism management professionals.The first part is the introduction part,which briefly analyzes the problems in the development of vocational education in Myanmar and the status quo and trend of the development of vocational education in China and Myanmar,and introduces three related concepts of "national education","international talent" and "internationalization of vocational education".It tells the three theoretical foundations of thesis writing:pragmatism theory,target classification theory,regional economic development theory,pointing out the significance,ideas,innovations and difficulties of thesis writing.The second part analyzes the significance and current situation of overseas vocational education in Yunnan Province,and briefly introduces the China-Myanmar Vocational and Technical College,which is oriented to this talent training program(recommendation draft).The third part compares and analyzes the vocational education system between China and Myanmar,summarizes China's achievements in vocational education,and provides experience for the design of this talent training program.The fourth part analyzes the current situation of tourism development in Myanmar,the demand for talents in Myanmar tourism,and grasps the overall direction of the cultivation of professional talents.The fifth part draws on the experience of China's vocational education development,combines the requirements of Myanmar tourism enterprises for tourism talents,establishes a talent training model and curriculum system suitable for the profession,and designs and completes the tourism management major of Yunnan University's China-Myanmar Vocational and Technical College(Chinese tour guide)Direction)Talent development plan(recommendation draft)for reference.The sixth part summarizes the shortcomings of this study and looks forward to the follow-up research.
