| A company is a self-raised funds education group whose capital sources mainly come from the tuition. Due to series of pressure, A company need to analyze the applied talents training strategy in order to consolidate existing status and improve the market competitiveness urgently.This paper adopted the theory of organization structure, personnel training and corporate culture to analyze its present situation and problems of the applied talents training, and work out solutions from four aspects. Finally, the author put forward the protection measures from strengthening practical teaching and promoting university-enterprise cooperation, optimizing curriculum system and strengthening teacher training. The outcome of this paper provides basic theoretical foundation and practical strategy for A company. |
