In recent years, the expansion of basic education development goal from pay attention to to attach importance to the improvement of education quality, deepen the education fair, improve education quality, implement education the most important ways of educational target. Gender issues in education in recent years, more and more brought to the attention of the educators, many scholars began to reflect on and explore the potential gender issues in the education environment, explore to eliminate gender bias and gender stereotype in education methods, strive to establish of gender equality education guidance. Teachers as the direct participants of teaching work, their gender awareness and gender attitudes profoundly affects the formation of children gender values and gender socialization, at the same time, the teacher correct gender attitudes, also plays an invisible influence in their career development. This study to teachers’gender socialization, career development as the breakthrough point, through scale measurements to children formed by gender socialization stage: kindergarten, primary, secondary, three stages of teaching of teachers as the research prototype, analyzed the teachers’social gender attributes and their main features. And based on the questionnaire survey results from the incentives to achievement, self acceptance, the pressure of public opinion, from eight aspects, such as career guidance about gender issues confronting teachers in professional development, and in this study based on different social gender, not in the teachers’professional development with a classmate of facing the pressure of career. Studies show that teachers belong to social gender bisexual high group, its are main the feature is both men and women in the teacher’s individual personality traits accounted for the vast majority, at the same time, teachers’gender constitutes a serious imbalance between male and female teachers in the sex ratio, dominated by female teachers in preschool and elementary and secondary schools. Further analysis showed that different gender, don’t classmate teacher no matter in the early sex education experience, gender, gender consciousness, self-efficacy, etc many differences, male and female teachers in professional development also faces a different degree of gender. This research argues that gender pressures faced by teachers in professional development and growth, should be given attention, our country’s teacher education should pay attention to teachers’ gender socialization and professional growth. First of all, teachers should develop positive attention to gender issues and social, school, teacher should form a resultant force, to address gender inequality in education, establish attaches great importance to the education environment of gender problems. At the same time, teacher education should focus on "gender equality", let the teachers of different gender in the career development competition, equality of opportunity, communication, development, guide the healthy growth of teachers to help students correct gender values, at the same time, accept their own personality strengths and weaknesses, rational planning of teachers’career.
