Along with the advancement of our country elementary education curriculumreform and development of curriculum resources development and utilization of thishot issue with the people from all walks of life’s attention and concern. State ofthree-level curriculum management (including national, local and school) model, theimplementation of local curriculum provides policy guarantee. Local music resourcescomes from life, its essence also reflects the life embodies the life. The jining areafolk music culture resources is rich, rich full-bodied local, grassroots and opencharacteristics. Canal culture as the root of the development of jining culture,affecting people’s life in jining. Rich resources of local music is the one bigcharacteristic of outstanding music culture in our country, also is the school musiceducation of the important resources, how to develop and make use of the local musiccourse resources in jining, jining local music culture is the emphasis of this study.On the basis of questionnaire investigation, the author found that although somein jining area schools with local music culture teaching, but the place has not beeneffective development and reasonable utilization of resources, or very little in theprocess of teaching involves the local music teaching content, only appears in theform of sporadic, ornament. Primary and secondary schools in the region, therefore,how to effectively development and utilization of the local music curriculumresources for research has certain practical significance.This article is divided into four parts,The first part: introduction. From the local music culture, promote thedevelopment of primary and secondary schools, cultivating primary and middleschool students’ cognitive perspectives such as feeling for hometown expounds thereason and significance of the study. At the same time to work on a summary of theexisting research and analysis, established the research methods of questionnaire,interview and literature analysis.The second and third parts: an overview of the jining area music resources. Thischapter first quarter the existing music resources in jining region simple combingjining city family street primary school, it primary school as an example, explain thepractice of the music curriculum resources of jining region and jining region over theissue of"countryside XiangYun" teaching research. The current localcourse resources in jining city elementary and middle schools music analysis ofexisting problems. The fourth part with"Yin and Yang board" for example, to explore ishow to carry out local music resources and inheritance plate culture nature andhumanity of Yin Yang, Yin and Yang harmony" value significance.The fifth part is the focus of this article.
