The Ministry of Education clearly stipulates in the article “Outline for the Curriculum Reform of Basic Education(Trial)” that the “administer national,local and school” three-level curriculum.While implementing the national curriculum and local curriculum,the school should adapt to the specific conditions of the local socio-economic development,combine the students' interests and needs,and develop and select the appropriate music curriculum for the school.The educator's definition of curriculum resources should not be just teaching materials or other relevant teaching and counseling materials.Any element that is conducive to the achievement of the curriculum objectives can be called a curriculum resource.Educators should rationally and boldly integrate and use curriculum resources.The development and utilization of curriculum resources are regarded as an important means and approach for cultivating innovative special talents,constantly demonstrating the functions of the curriculum,and giving full play to the important role of curriculum resources in personnel training.The development and utilization of local music cultural resources are conducive to enhancing students' local cultural identity and satisfying the needs of students' emotional attachment.Enrich music education content and improve students' learning efficiency.The diversity and openness of local music and cultural resources enable teachers and students' lives and experience to enter the teaching process as an important curriculum content,so that teaching activities can be closer to students' real life and cause students to reflect on practical issues and inspire them to solve practical problems.The desire for problems.In terms of educational philosophy,local schools,teachers,and education departments should pay enough attention to local music culture and strengthen the development of music curriculum resources and the use of local music culture in theory and practice.From the aspect of education and teaching practice,local schools must first improve the teaching mechanism,conduct regular teaching training for teachers,promote the continuous improvement of teachers' teaching ability,establish and improve the school's music curriculum development team,and systematically organize the local music and cultural resources.And sum up,fully explore the possibility of integration into teaching practice,and apply the results of curriculum development to teaching practice.
