With the international communities paying more and more attention to disaster education,China,as a country with frequent disasters,has to focus on popularizing regional disaster education.Schools are the main places for disaster education in China,and disaster education curriculum is the main way for them to carry out disaster education.As there is no curriculum on disaster science in middle school in China,geography tends to be a good medium for disaster education.Ulanqab City suffers from many kinds of disasters that affect a wide range and last a long time,with frequent,regional,seasonal and other characteristics.Besides,the city often experiences multiple disasters at the same time.According to the disasters' characteristics and the status quo of the disaster education of Ulanqab,this paper integrates the disaster knowledge in the current geography textbooks of senior high schools in Ulanqab,the data of typical disasters in Ulanqab,and the needs of students and teachers for disaster education knowledge by means of lots of research methods,such as literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and case study.On this basis,the problems existing in high school geographic disaster education in Ulanqab are analyzed,and the resources of high school geographic disaster education curriculum are explored.Due to the lack of local characteristics in the current geography teaching materials,this paper chooses "sandstorm" and "cold wave",the two typical meteorological disasters in Ulanqab,for curriculum development and design,which verifies the feasibility of resource development in the teaching process and achieves the expected teaching effect.The author hopes to popularize regional disaster education,enrich the content of geography teaching in schools,and improve the awareness of disaster prevention and self-help among teachers and students.The five parts of this paper are as follows:In the first chapter,on the basis of literature reading,the author determines the research background,domestic and foreign research status,research purpose,research significance,research methods and research route of the resources development of high school disaster education curriculum in Ulanqab according to the implementation of disaster education in the city.The second chapter mainly defines the concepts of disaster education,local curriculum and curriculum resource development on the basis of literature research,and determines the theoretical basis of life education,survival education and life education.The third chapter investigates and analyzes the current situation of disaster education in Ulanqab through questionnaire survey,interview survey and field investigation,and reveals the existing problems of disaster education in the city from three aspects.The fourth chapter mainly develops the disaster education curriculum resources in Ulanqab,taking the geography discipline of senior high school as the medium to determine the development concept and principles and formulate the development methods from the two aspects of resources in and out of school.The fifth chapter,according to the development ideas,takes "sandstorm" and "cold wave",the two typical meteorological disasters in Ulanqab,as examples to make teaching cases,including teaching material design,teaching design and teaching feedback.Besides,this part also summarizes the research results,reflects on the shortcomings of the research,and puts forward the prospect of the future development and research of disaster education curriculum resources in Ulanqab.The research on the development of curriculum resources of geographical disaster education in high schools in Ulanqab is also the concrete implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's instructions for the education sector to "build a high-quality education system" and "enhance the innovation and development ability of education services" under the guidance of the spirit of the two sessions in 2021.The author hopes that students can truly apply what they have learned,so as to enhance the disaster-related knowledge of students and even citizens of Ulanqab and promote the social development of the city.
