Life Education aims to balance development of the person, including physiological,psychological, social, spiritual, etc., is an all-round education. The life education in university isto teach students life physiological processes, development of knowledge at the same time, tostrengthen their understanding of life, pay attention to cherish their own, others, and all thecreatures, breed and cultivate students the deep love for all life, the harmonious development ofthe personality. College Students’ life education of college students is standing in the perspectiveof problem solving. The effective implementation of life education of college students, a newtask is the current ideological and political education, but also implements the people-orientedScientific Outlook on Development and the construction of Harmonious Society of socialism.This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part, expounds the theoretical reasons forcarrying out life education in China and the reason of the reality, reveal the characteristics of thetimes and the contemporary college students, I pointed out that our university life educationshould and must choose the appropriate education, keeping pace with the times, build system oflife education of Contemporary College students the characteristics of the era.The second part, discusses the main content of life education of Contemporary Universitystudents. The main content of life education includes: the life consciousness education;resistance consciousness education; harmonious education; responsibility consciousnesseducation.The third part, for objective and rational analysis on the status quo of the life education ofcontemporary university students, reveals the problems and insufficiency of current our countryuniversity life education process.The fourth part, the design and proposes the basic way to implement life education tocontemporary college students. From individuals, schools, society, the effective combination ofstarting to build a "three in one" of contemporary college life education mode.
