In the era when society competition has continued to be intense,"innovation" is attached to related nouninto exclusive concepts in various areas. It is this "innovation" exceptionally favored that makes colleges haveto reconsider how to put the "innovation quality" of training into education, As the core content of qualityeducation, innovative quality has pushed the quality of education onto a more speciifc and clear stage.Whereas, common undergraduate course colleges paly a important role in arena of innovative education.Higher teaching institutions do for it,traditionally, the payoff from talent development efforts is hard tomeasure. In other words, innovative education of colleges and universities have crucial connection withNational Innovation System. How to regain the development of quality education on the basis of the oirginalinnovation, this paper will take Shangqiu normal university as an example, to make a research on theinnovative education reduction and remodeling from the following aspects.Firstly, there is a basic carding of the common undergraduate course colleges and situation aboutinnovative education in China, so as to ifnd the supporting materials from the overall situation and typical case.This part discusses the status of complementation of innovation education, and proposes strategies for theproblem in the promotion of innovation education, which accelerates the pace of higher education reformationand promotes the development of quality education in colleges and universities.The second part is a branch thesis about whatever departments should do for innovative education. A casestudy of The Journalism and Communication department in shangqiu normal university spends seven yearsbrewing and implementing the"project scheme" student management, which effectively improves themanagement efficiency. The "project scheme" successfully uses the scientiifc management methods tostimulate students’ creative quality, and opens a new implementation approach for the innovation and qualityeducation in colleges.The third part discussed role definition of college teachers, and reappraised the key role of the teacher inthe learning process of innovative education. More scholars are concerned about the impact conditions towhich the entire education system birngs to the quality education for innovation, while ignoring the leader ofinnovation educationrepresentational research about teachers. This part is based on a tower of strengthmainstay which college teachers bear in the colleges and universities quality education, includes the speciifccomposition of its role delineation, the composition of innovation quality, particularity of innovation quality,the training strategies of innovation quality and other aspects.The forth part is about college students enhance their innovation quality by self-cultivation. So studentsare the critical thing in the chain of innovative education. Only the students who themselves do well ininnovation quality by self-cultivation, would there be a successful achievement in the fliture. This partdiscusses and analyzes theoretical foundation which is about college students enhance their innovation qualityby self-cultivation, and key component of innovation quality, as well as cultural method. The study attempts to emphasize that colleges must solve trivial but important matters effectively, which run through collegestudents’self-learning in colleges and universities teaching reform. Only college fully understand and properlyhandle these issues can they take a great success.Finally, the paper consists of summary and revelations. In the article text of a summary, intended to raisethe core of this argument and the main conclusions.This part points out some main questions in the innovativeeducation from common undergraduate course colleges. Follow that the wirter offered a number ofcorresponding proposals.
