A Comparative Study On The Cultivation Of Undergraduate Professional Talents In Physical Education Between Professional Sports Colleges And Normal Colleges

In this paper,two colleges and universities with similar geographical specialties but different talents training are selected: the two universities in Chengdu Sport University and Leshan Normal University.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,comparative analysis and other research methods of Chengdu Sport University and Leshan Normal University 2016 edition 2015 Edition(2017 Revision),made a comparative analysis of professional personnel training program of undergraduate physical education,in-depth understanding of the actual situation of personnel in two universities of physical education undergraduate training,found the characteristics and differences between the two universities personnel training and the need to revise and perfect the.Objectively,it puts forward the deficiencies of two colleges in talent cultivation,and provides some theoretical support for the healthy and reasonable development of two college sports education undergraduate talents.The conclusions are as follows:1.The training goals of 2 and two colleges and universities are different,and there are certain differences in the training requirements.2.The training of teachers' teachers' teachers' and teachers' skills in Leshan Normal University is better.3,the Chengdu Sport University has a higher grasp of sports technology.4,two colleges and universities in the professional practice teaching links have a particular emphasis,but in general,Leshan Normal University is more reasonable;The following Suggestions are put forward for the development of education professional undergraduates in two universities:1,Chengdu Sport University and Leshan Normal University should extend the training objectives of Physical Education Majors under the guidance of the curriculum plan of the Ministry of education,and bring them closer to compound sports talents.2,Chengdu Sport University should enlarge the opening of teacher education courses and separate teacher education courses from professional courses,forming a separate curriculum module.3,the Leshan Normal University should pay attention to the professional courses.
