But how to use the stadium afterthe match has become a trouble of the local government.This thesis uses the literature material law,on-the-spot investigation method,logical inductive method,data sorting method and questionnaire survey.I analyzed thethe operating condition of zibo new stadiums.This is the conclusions.1On the investment.Zibo City Sports Center Stadium costs450millionyuan,and Huantai County Center costs more than400million yuan.So Zibo investslarge money in new sports venues.2On the operation.Zibo City Sports Center Stadium adopts the business unitmanagement mode,but Huantai County Cultural And Sports Center is administratedby the cooperatives of the government and enterprise.The first one has higher degreeof free and open and uses market-oriented operation.The second one saves thegovernment funding and makes the government and enterprises have profit, but holdsfewer public welfare undertakings of physical culture and sports.3From the point of operating structure.Zibo City Sports Center Stadium isnational assets and it is owned by the State,Legal Representative Asset OperationsCenter For Zibo City. Since2014,it has been hosted by the Zibo City Sports Bureau.Sports Center is constituted by Sports Center Management Office,FootballsportsCenter,System of National Ttesting Center,Swimming Pool Management Center,Gymnastics Sports Management Center,Elderly Sports Management Center,Knead forFell Management Center,Three Car Club and Property Management Center. HuantaiCounty Center is a sum of institution establishment,including The Office, the FinanceDepartment,Property Management Section,and Style Enterprise. On the systemfunction,Zibo City Sports Center Stadium and The Style of Huantai County Center have reasonable configuration.4From the comprehensive utilization of venues.In2009-2013,Zibo City SportsCenter Stadium has spent676days to undertake activities.It is about42%of all thedays.The type of activity is rich.Style Center Of Huantai County has undertookactivities162times in2009-2013.But the proportion of conference activities, culturalactivities and the ways of comprehensive utilization of two new venues is increasingevery year.5As a whole,Because of the11th national games of the People’s Republic ofChina,Zibo City has a scale of capital investment in new facility operation,Buteffective recycling is difficult. Operation mode and management mode is single.Management personnel and experienced management personnel is few.The workingattitude of management personnel is not positive,and it is fell behinded thancompetitor, and so on.
