Responsibility-based education means through the education content, certain ways and methods, educators aim to cultivate the students’responsibility quality, to improve the students’self responsibility consciousness, the consciousness of responsibility for others, the consciousness of collective responsibility, family responsibility and social responsibility consciousness and the sense of environmental responsibility. High school education is the key process for forming the outlooks on life, values and world, since education will directly affect the formation of students’ personality quality and moral quality.With the method of individual interviews and questionnaires, the author realizes mass of the students are lacking in some aspects of the responsibility mentioned above. Based on the analysis of the current situation of responsibility-based education in and abroad, the causes of the lack of the responsibility consciousness and related responsibility-based theoretical research, the author explores the effective ways of the penetration of responsibility-based education in the physics experiment teaching process, and the approaches of improving the students’sense of responsibility’. Also, the author systematically introduces how to nfiltrate responsibility-based education into the children’s minds through the demonstration experiments, group experiments and extracurricular experiments. And then the author specifically illustrates how to construct the relevant elements of the responsibility in the process of the demonstration experiment, group experiments and extracurricular experiment and try to analyze the findings of the specific example of each experiment.Research shows that the penetration of the responsibility consciousness in the high school physics experiments greatly improves the students’consciousness of responsibility and plays a good role in promoting the student’s overall quality. The preceding and latter test data based on the analyses show that the responsibility consciousness of the target experimental class students in every dimension has improved with varying degrees, especially in terms of the students’sense of responsibility for others and social responsibility consciousness. Moreover, the effectiveness of the permeability in high school physics experiment teaching activity has been fully embodied in the students’ great achievements.the positive evaluation of the teachers’and the approbatory reflection of the parents as well.
