A Study On The Investment Structure Of Higher Education In China

In order to meet the needs of the development of higher education, our country started in the1980s education funds diversified sources of change, by trying to broaden the channels to increase the funds investment of higher education. Today, however, higher education fund shortage is still the important bottleneck which restrict the development of the higher education in China. Because of this, the problem of higher education funds investment has always been one of the concerns of the domestic scholars, and obtained many research achievements, but through the regional comparative analysis to investigate the problem of financial investment of higher education in China still has big research space. Based on this, this study chose the China’s eastern, central and western typical big education province of Jiangsu, Hubei, Shanxi province as a sample, from the comparative analysis of the three provinces of investment structure of higher education funds, and on this basis, analyze the deficiency existing in our country ordinary institutions of higher education funds investment and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, to promote healthy development of higher education in our country and to ensure the quality of higher education is significant improved steadily.This study first structure of financial investment in higher education such as the core concept is defined, and on the basis of public goods theory, human capital theory and cost sharing and compensation theory has carried on the summary and review; Second, the structure of financial investment to our country ordinary institutions of higher education reform process of the system analysis, in order to understand national politics, economy, social environment influence on higher education funds investment, thus to optimize the structure of financial investment education in common colleges and universities in our country provides the historical environment. Again, the province of three samples from the aspects of total spending and investment structure greatly a detailed comparative analysis, it can provide the help for sample provinces to improve investment structure, at the same time also can provide a reference for other provinces; Finally, according to the results of sample analysis and on the basis of relevant theories, from the government, school, family and social four aspects put forward the optimization of the structure of our country ordinary institutions of higher education spending of countermeasures and suggestions.
