Education is the foundation of national strength and social progress. Thedevelopment of a country’s education is affected by economic, political, and culturalaspects, at the same time, the rapid development of education can also react on everyaspect of social development. In these factors, economic factors are the most important.With the development of society and education reform, the development of educationalso need more adequate financial support. Public education expenditure is theexpenditure for education at all levels of government, which account for a largeproportion of the total education funds. It is an important material foundation to ensurethe healthy development of education at all levels.Any one period, education goals and tasks are always influenced by the social andeconomic development, the key point of the development of the education will bedifferent. Therefore, in the amount of public spending on education has certain cases, torealize the goal of education is reasonable allocation between the public expenditure oneducation in schools of various levels, so that it can raise the use efficiency of publicexpenditure on education. In addition, the allocation of public education expenditureshould also guarantee the healthy development of public education products, adapt to therequirement of the social and economic development of talent structure, promote therealization of education fairness.At present, although our country public education expenditure allocation structureis gradually tend to be more reasonable, but compared with the rest of the world, China’spublic education products for public education expenditure is still low. In addition,compared with other stage education, high school stage of public expenditure oneducation in our country is insufficient, lead to the ordinary high school education scaledevelopment lag, can not adapt to China’s current economic demands for labor quality.Moreover, public expenditure proportion between the area in our country at present isstill imbalance, China compulsory education public spending still exists a big gapbetween different provinces, hinder the realization of education fairness.Reasonable distribution of public education expenditure structure can promote thedevelopment of education more healthy, can also help social and economic development. Therefore, in the face of China’s current problems existing in the process of publiceducation expenditure distribution, to consolidate compulsory education stagedevelopment, first of all, further increase the investment in compulsory educationcompulsory education public spending, at the same time, also must pay attention to theinternal public education expenditure, the distribution of the compulsory education inorder to promote the balanced development of compulsory education area between,Second, increased investment in ordinary high school stage of public educationexpenditure, expand the scale of high school education.
