Research On The Construction Of Logistics Training Room In City College Of Kunming University Of Science And Technology

The rapid development of China’s logistics industry, logistics personnel increasingly demanding practical ability, but the logistics of university training room building has developed relatively late, which led to the practical ability of college graduates is poor,poor competitiveness, so construction of university logistics training room seem imperative.Based on training room construction situation at home and abroad, this paper simply reviews its research status, this paper expounds the current deficiencies in training room construction. Based on the necessity of the construction of logistics training rooms, construction target, function requirement analysis, and the basic theory of the construction of logistics training room, I put forward a training room construction scheme.According to the method of comparative analysis, inductive logic method, literature analysis method, the scheme and the other two companies proposed schemes are compared, finally through the training room construction experts involved in the group discussion and application of Flexsim simulation software for simulation of the three schemes to obtain the optimal. System program consists of seven modules work station unit, including automated warehouse and stacker unit, automated conveyor line unit, serial robot unit, detecting and sorting unit, AGV unit, carrying robot system control unit, student group,operation control workstation. Finally, the conclusion of this paper and for training room construction is presented.
